Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a rescheduling or cancellation may be necessary.  You can easily manage your appointments online.  If you can't access us online, please call us at 770-391-9131 (Perimeter) 404-800-5749 (Buckhead) 678-820-0070 (Midtown) or email at reception@ginosclassicbarbers.com during regular business hours (8a-7:30p M-F | 8a-5p Sat | 11p-5p Sun) to cancel or reschedule your appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 5 hours before your scheduled time, preferably earlier. We understand that Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable, and last-minute meetings can occur. As a result, we will extend grace for the first late cancellation. For any subsequent late cancellations, clients will be required to pay the full cost of the booked service before reserving additional appointments. Clients who "NO-CALL NO-SHOW" or call right at or after their appointment time will be charged the full cost of the reserved time.
